The company’s aesthetic blends modern shapes with the playful forms of mid-century modernism and the efficiency of Stark Modernism, reflecting the styles of the 1940s to 1960s.
We partnered with Lawson-Fenning to redefine their brand identity, updating their look, strategy, tone of voice, and digital and OOH presence. Our approach began with concept work sessions and interviews with Lawson-Fenning’s owners, staff, and clients. Gaining a deep understanding of their goals and clientele, we drew inspiration from the holly flower—a key design motif of the 1940s-60s—paired with Stark Modernism. The hand-drawn logotype embodies this vintage influence, blending mid-century playfulness with a clean, modern appeal.
